What is EMDR Therapy?
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. At its heart, it is a gentle, deeply supportive therapy designed to help you heal and recover from painful or traumatic life experiences.
How Does It Work?
When we go through a highly stressful or traumatic event, it can sometimes feel like too much for our mind to process all at once. The brain can get overwhelmed, essentially keeping the memory "stuck" in its raw, emotional state, making it feel like the distress is still happening today.
During an EMDR session, I will gently guide you through brief sets of side-to-side eye movements, light tapping, or soft audio tones—a process called bilateral stimulation. While you briefly hold the memory in your mind, this soothing, rhythmic pattern taps into your brain's natural ability to heal (very similar to what happens when you dream during deep sleep). It creates a safe space for your mind to untangle the memory, allowing it to finally rest until it no longer feels overwhelming.

What is Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)?
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy is a gentle, hopeful path toward healing that blends the supportive nature of traditional talk therapy with the unique benefits of low-dose ketamine. It is designed to offer a fresh perspective and a sense of relief for individuals navigating deep depression, anxiety, PTSD, or chronic stress—especially when other treatments haven't quite felt like enough.
How Does It Work?
In our work together, ketamine acts as a gentle catalyst, helping to temporarily quiet the mind's usual defense mechanisms so you can explore and process difficult emotions more easily.
Because your comfort and safety are the highest priorities, a typical journey involves a dedicated course of 6 to 8 specialized sessions. Each of these sessions lasts between 2 and 3 hours, giving you an unhurried, deeply supported space to experience, reflect, and gently integrate your healing.

What is Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy?
Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy is a gentle, deeply reflective approach to mental health that combines the natural properties of psilocybin (a compound found in certain mushrooms) with professional, compassionate psychological support.
Clinical research shows that when experienced within a safe, intentional, and caring environment, psilocybin can help open the door to profound insights, emotional healing, and a renewed sense of possibility.
Your journey begins with a gentle screening conversation to explore if this path feels right for you, followed by three mindful stages:
1. Preparation
Before welcoming the medicine, we will meet for preparatory sessions. This is a time to build deep trust, talk through what to expect, and gently set your personal intentions for the experience so you feel completely grounded and ready.
2. The Dosing Session
In a cozy, deeply supportive setting—often while wearing eye shades and listening to a carefully selected musical playlist—you will take a precise dose of psilocybin. The medicine guides you into an altered state of consciousness, temporarily quietening the brain’s usual defenses so you can explore deeper thoughts and feelings with greater ease.
3. Integration
In the days following your session, we will meet to talk through and make sense of your experience. This is where the long-term, beautiful healing truly unfolds—helping you take the insights gained during your journey and gently weaving them into meaningful, positive changes in your everyday life.
